Have you ever thought how interesting it is that certain things sound "wrong" when they are said in a way that is different to that which you expect/are used to?

Mrs and Mr or "I went to Anne and Simon's last night..." (most of the time you'fd get the male first and female second).

Chips and Fish is another of my favourites. "I'm going for chips and fish..." sounds odd.

There are loads of things like this. It's the sorta thing to keep me awake at night...
