In outlook address book how can I add a new button thing at the top of the bit that shows all my contacts. At present I have Name, E-mail, Home phone and Mobile phone. I would like to add business phone as well. Does that make sense?

is that outlook or outlook express?

on my outlook, i've got a business phone/fax option in the normal contacts input screen...

Its outlook express, I can change the ones that are already there just can't add an extra one :confused:

Just had a look at this. Think you're talking about the address book in Outlook Express?

Looks like you only have four columns to play with. You can adjust what displays in the column by right clicking on the column name and selected a different option from the drop down. However, you can't add more than the default four columns. :(

If you have Outlook, Contacts will display all your entries and it has a handy 'letter selector' to help you find specific names if you have millions in your contacts.
