Mt mate has a Sunny ZX which he is in the process of putting back on the road, it went for its MOT and failed on a couple of small jobs, one of which was high CO's (about 4.8 I think)

Anyone know where to check to bring them down? AAC valve?

Stu,
You could try www.sunnyzx.com, eddie & craig over there are quite knowledgeable, or theory here as he owned one.

:D

easiest way I found was to get an ecotek valve (they used to be very cheap but I think they go for about £40 these days) and drive the car fairly hard before emission testing.

I take it you adjusted the A/F screw thingy on the MAS?

Cheers for the help guys :)

Not really tried anything yet, having a look tonight, and cleaning sensors etc.
