Hi,
Someone hit my metro up the rear (ooer) whilst stationary yesterday - he 'had a lapse of concentration and just run into the back - fiddling with the radio more like). Now he admitted full liability and said he would rather pay cash to resolve it thinking that it wouldn't be too expensive.... quote just came back around £400 without a new bumper (600 with) since it bent the interior of the boot up and needs otehr ancilliary stuff to fix - £200 labour!.
I'm gonig to go see him and i don't think he will be inclined to part with that sort of cash - what options do I have?
I understand that even though I am at no fault any insurance route wiill load me up and was thinking that one of these third party companies who specialise in sorting no fault accidents out may be able to help me?
Anyone know whats best and whether I will pay more on my insurance for this d*ckheads mistake
