I really think Maserati made a mess of this one. The GT coupe is quite handsome, but this Quattroporte just looks plain odd!
Maybe it does get better when you see it in the flesh? I should hope it does!

There's a maserati (sp?) where I work, along with a ferrari 360 modena. With it's engine perfectly visible from it's boot lid....

When you think it just can't rev any more..... then he drops it down a gear.... :smitten: :smitten:
I'm not overly keen on the vents in the front wing, I think the Merc SLR has put me off vents forever :ghey: I suppose it is supposed to reflect the old masers though.
Looks a lot better than the old quattroporte though :)

Looks lush to me! Awful fuel economy though - I mean REALLY awful!
(according to Autoexpress)
Looks well tasty, and I'm a big fan of vents, although prefer this style...

to appeal to the female market.
and no, I am not being sexist and know that there are now women queueing up to cut my balls off.
But look at much of the market now - designed and marketed to women.
Can you think of a car that is marketed EXCLUSIVELY to males? Ignore the special stuff for the moment - lotus, Konnnigggggeeennssssqqqiiiweggy or whatever they are called, Lambo, Ferrari etc.
Its a women's market due to the way the market has turned in the last decade.
means I get omewhere to put my lippy so I'm never caught out.
joke!

The one in my dreams since childhood. :smitten:
It's the AM V8, 'Oscar India' version, the vantage edition of which used to be the fastest production car in the world (top speed 176mph). Two tons of brute Brit muscle.

(excuse me while I wipe myself down)
I once followed one back to its home in Bristol, along with two other cars, and we all sat outside the guy's drive for 5 minutes drooling :D
My dad had a DBS when I was about 7 and I can remember sitting in the back of it while he popped into the shops while a crowd gathered round peering in the windows, made me feel like a celeb. The early DBS had a straight six, later models had the V8 that went on to the car above.
