s14s in Barrow-in-Furness?

I'm currently living in Barrow, and have noticed a couple of s14s around - theres a white one that parks at the hopsital sometimes, and there's a met green one blatting around.

Anyone know them? - I'd love a test ride, as an aspiring potential owner!
