Just received this from the publishers of Car and Max Power.
'Dear car enthusiast
Would you like to meet up with some like-minded souls to talk about cars while quaffing free beer? If so, please read on...
I work in the research department for Emap, the publishers of Car, Max Power and many other motoring magazines. I am trying to arrange some informal discussion groups where car enthusiasts can tell us what they think.
We are particularly interested in talking to anyone aged 24 - 40 who fits the following criteria:
* You buy either CAR, EVO or Top Gear magazines on a regular basis (more than 4 times a year - but are not a subscriber)
OR
* You used to buy Max Power regularly, but buy it less often now.
The get-togethers will be held one evening next week in Peterborough. They will last about an hour, will be very informal and we will provide the drinks and crisps.
Anyone who comes is welcome to bring someone else along too - as long as they also fit the criteria..
Please let me know if you would like to come along (please specify which group - the CAR group or the Max Power group) and I'll be in touch with more details.
If you can't attend but would like to be involved in future research for CAR magazine or Parker's (e.g. email panels) then please also let me know.
Thanks very much,
Hannah Gilgan
