Be careful doing that, as a lot of people I knows MSN address isnt real. Like mine for example - its MSN and thats all so if its mailed ill never see it, and you cant leave offline messages.

Nope, it won't allow to you to message people if they are offline, but as Seb says you can always email them.

And welcome back Aitch!!!

So the answer is "no" then, unless you make the massive leap of assumption that people collect their emails every day.

Too true, if someone sends me an email to my MSN address I could easily not see it for a few days.

Thanks - it's good to be back!

And thanks for all the info on MSN messenger - it's just cleared up one or two things in my mind. I don't think I shall bother setting it up.

There are other messengers that you can leave offline messages on. Its just that most my mates use MSN so thats not much help for me.

You could use ICQ (assuming other people you want to talk to are using it). This does allow you to message people when they're not online. It simply sends them that message when they next log in, or so I believe...

MSN's by far the best imo. Not least of all because it's what most people use. Yahoo is shite and ICQ is horrendously over complicated.

I find Yahoo fine to use - you can send offline messages and easily send files offline and use webcam and speaker/mic combos online. Couldn't get to grips with ICQ though.

Or use Trillian and sign into MSN, ICQ, Yahoo & AOL all at the same time with contacts being sorted from all.

Trillian also lets you have over 150 MSN contacts.

My MSN isnt public as I have to delete someone every time I add someone .... but PM me if you REALLY want it.

I downloaded Trillian but couldn't get it to work so I uninstalled it. Maybe that's just the pleb in me though.

Your pics are fine - it's mine I worry about - I want them as low quality as possible so's not to traumatise you.

Oh shit, I suppose this should have been sent via messenger! :wack:
