yeah or a parrot.....think they live to about 100 dont they ?

The thing that bugs me about (Isis) the guinea pig is we got her and the rabbit from an animal sactuary run by my wifes friend and they had been so badly treated they were terriified when you picket them up.....was so sad........sad that she never got over that no matter how I tried to reasure her..........

I am a big softy with animals  :smitten:

Rabbits and guinea pigs get on so well together.
Get another one soon 'cos the rabbit will need ........

Learn from my mistake though and don't leave a guinea pig in the same hutch as the rabbit when she's expecting, as, when the rabbit made her birth nest - the guinea pig got plucked  and I found him next morning as bald as a coot :D had to knit him a woolly jumper 'til his fur regrew :D

I used to have a guinea pig.... bloody massive it was, used to chase our cat around the garden

we've got two little pigs. certainly the best of the small rodents for company. sorry yours has gone to carrotsville.

(apparently that's what gp's refer to the afterlife as)

Well she was warme before now I have put her in an old box and she is stone cold....and stiff.....

Hate that.......

amazes me how something so warm and cuddly just becomes so cold and stiff......when the life is gone. That amazed me about my mam when she died a few years back...
