Can I pull on the door speaker panel to remove it ?

Hi,
Is the speaker panel (grid) of the driver/passenger doors removeable easily ?

I have the feeling it doesn't want to take off itself.

Didier,
That would be a big NON!

You have to take off the inside door handle surround, the window controls and then the interior door panel itself.
Then you can get access to the door speaker and if necessary remove the grill.
