As Im watching a Bond film, I wondered what everyones favourite bond one liner is.

Mine comes from Moonraker when he ejects the head baddie out the airlock on the space staion and says "take a giant leap for mankind" Brilliant.

The classic, tbh!

Bond - "You expect me to talk?"

Goldfinger - "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!"

James Bond is fantastic. I think Roger Moore was the best though. Who do you think will be the next Bond?

Erm... "Bond, James Bond" and "Vodka Martini shaken not stirred" must be two of the most commonly referred-to sayings :)

Roger Moore bit ass.

1. Connery ties with Brosnan
3. Lazenby
4. Dalton
5. Bob Holness
6...
...96...
97. Roger Moore

The 2 Dalton films were the only really good ones since the earliest Connery ones IMO. At least they were remotely plausible an not just spoofy, stunts/effects showcases with naff one-liners.

On the strength of the last tired one with the invisible car I hope they just kill the series off. But then, when has artistic integrity got in the way of making money?

Sorry, film buff rant over :D .

I know bond has a special spy car but driving through blocks of ice which should weigh several tonnes and not damage the car is dumb.

Goldeneye was one of my favourite Bond films

Cant remember the name, but theres one wherer Connery walks in to a room with a girl in the bath (think she's a bellydancer) and hands her a towel.

He doesnt even have to say a word - all he does is the Connery "grunt" and she falls into his arms :D

When interviewed, most of the other cast (Q etc) say that your favourite Bond is usually the one you see first.

I think my fave is where Connery has a fight with a baddie in abathroom, the baddie eventually ends up in the bath and is just about to grab a gun to kill our man, Bond.

Bond in his infinite wisdom grabs an electric heater and tosses into the water and electrocutes the baddie.

and the line........

"Shocking":smash: :smash: :smash:

My favourite quote goes along the lines of:
Bond slowly comes round......
"I'm pussy galore"
Bond "Pinch me I must be dreaming"

Something like that anyway. Pure class.

Another Classic from Connery

Girl to Bond "My name's Plenty"
Bond (looking at her chest) "Of course it is"
Girl "Plenty O'Toole"
Bond "Named after your father no doubt"

I like the
'No. No. No. No more foreplay'
line from goldeneye

but I think Q's got the best one:

M - 'what's he doing'
Q - 'I think he's attempting re-entry sir'

laugh my ass off at that every time.

Gaz
-x-

Ohh - I quite like 'I must be dreaming' as well.
