Chris and I picked up a replacement engine for his today and are going to swap it over next sunday (1st Feb). Any willing helpers fancy coming along to his garage in Merthyr to give a hand/moral support

Think he's starting it straight after work on Saturday, so the saturday crew can get it out and the sunday crew can pit it back in:thumbs:
He's taking the turbo and intercooler of the red car on the saturday
I'll chuck some shitty clothes on and jump in with/bring up Jezz and possibly Nick . . . I owe Chris one! ;)

If all the people he has helped with their cars turned up we wouldn't all fit in the garage. Top bloke IMHO

chris seemed keen on getting as much done on saturday as he could cause he doesn't want it unfinshed on monday cause he's using the 'works' garage.

I'd love to come up and help but... i'm seeing my folks on Saturday in Taunton so I doubt my gf would be chuffed if I came back on Sunday and say i'm going to help on someone else's 200 (esp the last three months of hell with my 200 :D).
I'll try and pop over for an hour or two, not that clever with a spanner but give me a hammer and I'm right at home:D :D Give me a chance to help chris after he done some work on my car a month back:thumbs: :Plug:

Sorry Chris . . . slept late cos i'd left my phone down beef's. By the time i'd woken up and picked my phone up etc it was time to take the missus out . . . :annoyed:
I was supprised how quick you all got the new engine fitted. Many hands make light work. I like the picture of the exhuats being put on. I think there were 3 of us holding the exhaust one bolting it up, 2 on the gear box and diff and Buffy was in the engine bay plumbing everything back in.:D Good to put some faces to the names on the BB. Good bunch of lads:thumbs:
