Just wondered if anyone has ever seen any japanese vids of someone drifting one of these? I know they are autos only which is a major issue but do they still go sideways ok?

I was curious as theres one a few miles down the road for sale for not that much money, although its only the 13b as opposed to the 20b engine. So can it be drifted?

If you're looking to buy a car specifically just for drifting don't bother with an auto. Although it's possible to drift an auto, it'll just piss you off not having control of the clutch and gears I reckon

I think you would be better with a jzx-90 , as they are big drifting saloons , and easier to get one manual/convert to manual...they are toyota by the way....Paz will elaborate on the big toyota saloons, Paz if you please:

I would love a Cosmo, but I just dont think its worth the effort if its not 3 rotor. Youd have to accept youll have it most your life as its going to be hard to ever sell too.

If however its a 3 rotor, youd be able to sell it easily.
