Hi guys,

many of you will know me from the drift days, others from Japukmeets

had my AE86 nearly 2 years now and thought I better join up since this is one of the only forums in the UK which really chat about drifting.

My car will be a hybrid soon !

CA18DET power in my AE86, watch out !

Maybe I'll be able to drift with a bit more power !!

My AE86 is the silver one with black bumpers and carbon bonnet.

ahhh the swap hasnt begun yet mate.

will be under way soon and hopefully running by the end of Jan, but who knows eh ? !

Not as straight forward as you might think

Your goning to have to lower the crossmember as the engine is to high

Have already fitted one to a Ae86

Thanks John,

There is quite a lot involved in the swap.......

new propshaft, engine mounts, wiring etc etc new exhaust downpipe...

But I didnt know about the crossmember......I'll get my man to investigate that one.

I normally ride my trials bike in compotitions every sunday. I may come and have a go but im not sure yet, depends on the scedule of events. i may just have to stick to late night drifto.......:cool:
