Right, I know this has probably been asked before, but I am on the hunt for somewhere cheap and chearful to get a bit of intermediate practice in. I'm figuring that an airfield would be the way to go. just a small local one that a few peeps could cover the costs for, not a big event like the option ones. I've made a few enquiries but haven't heard anything back. So what I'm wondering after all this ramble is does anyone have any phone numbers or know who to contact in reference to the above? Preferably in norfolk, we got plenty of airfields so there must be at least one willing to let me practice!!!!

Cheers peeps

problem is with things like this is when you approach people, asking if you and a few mates can drift around an airfield, theyll probably be after insurances etc etc, hence why it tends to be an organised event...

but, if you do sort something out rob then let me know and i would quite happily make the treck from kent to norfolk for some sideways antics :)

Yeah that seems to be the problem, most people want some sort of insurance type thing. I've told this guy I'm speaking to that I'd be more than happy to sign something that states we wouldn't hold the owners liable for anything, but there you go. I spoke to this bloke yesterday and he said a couple of people had said they weren't really interested because of the insurance thing but theres a couple of people he's waiting to hear back from, so fingers crossed. Be cool if you could come up. How is the car last time I saw it it had no front but a fat intercooler  is it finished yet????

Well the only thing to do is keep looking.. im sure that after one event anyone would see what a good bunch we are, and let us back, its just getting your foot in the door so to speak :)
