I am 23 - seems to be popular....hopefully I will still be 23 when I convince my old man to waive some of the remaining money owed to him on my civic in view of getting a S13 180sx from the drift land...anyone know the sort of money a 1993 180sx would be in japan - preferably white and not too modified.

mm, I'm 22.
I went drifting two tuesdays ago :D It was lovely. Again! Again!
I've been in one crash when I was five, my fault too. Small children should be taught the dangers of being left in cars on slopes with fun-looking handbrakes.
33 :cough: First drift car- 2 litre mk 2 escort complete with fly-off handbrake(the best anti-theft device i know!) Need to practice in the 200 though. Gotta go, at my age you nee...................

And i could get my 316i Touring more sideways on Nankangs than i can my S14 :smash:

To release, you just pull it up and let go. So, if you pull it up and let go, it just drops back down again. Great bit of kit, for hand brake turns back in the days  Does the same job as the cusco button, but it's more permenant. Hope that makes sense!

32 and don't change for less. Girls love men, not boys.
22 for just under a month...then the 23 club beckons :D
Still trying to learn how to drift a mid engined car with wide arse tyres on the back and no slipper, it not as easy as the sx!
Going going......arh crap its gone!
I can't understand the idea of be happy with 19 and unhappy with 35.
The only way I can desire be younger if I can hold all the life and experience and could do other new thinks instead (it's like know how the movie ends) cos if I becomes now 19 without experience I will do the same things again and again.
It's like if one man see a movie and other man don't see a movie. ¿where is the advantage? the only would be see the movie and don't spend 2 hores, but it's impossible.

22 for 3 more months then become an affiliated member of the 23 club!
Age 48 but feel younger (most of time)
Years Drifting had S13 for two years never drifted it on track but gone sideways round a few roundabouts!
Crashes had a few, most were minor but wrecked a mini and an escort when my Rover 2000 TC lost it in bad snow on a bend many years ago. Also smashed front suspension on same when I tried an experiment to see what happens when you apply breaks at 50 in snow (car does not continue in same direction but slides violently all over bloody road and hits high kerb many times!) I was young...

Eh , when did this happen :wack:
30 year young.
Drifting 'properly' (Using clutch kicks etc) just 1 year.
RWD cars owned: 3 (Mk2 Escort, 280ZX, S13)
Total years RWD ownership: 9
Cars owned: 14
Write offs:
End over end roll in Citroen. Small cut on leg. (my bad! Lessons learned - never thrash it on unknown roads in the dark, never thrash it when it may be icey, never sing loudly while driving and loose concentration, never buy a citroen)
Head on in Renault. Multiple broken ribs and sternum, torn knee ligament, suspected broken neck (his bad... he was drifting a wet roundabout and ploughed into me!)
T-bone in Corlolla. More broken ribs and sternum (He pulled out about 30 yards ahead of me when I was doing 60!)
Rear ended in Hyundai at about 70+ mph. More broken ribs! (I stopped at an amber light on a dual carrageway, he floored it!)

??????????????????????? I am one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
does this make me the oldest @ 57 ?
over 44 years driving. The first one was my old man's Hillman 16 complete with flip up indicators and running boards (A real gangster car)
The first one I owned was a 1958 2.4 Mark 1 Jag. with overdrive (on 3rd and 4th) used to click it in with a lever on the steering column. Cost me £175-00 in 1967 !
Probably had 40 different cars since then. Must admit though the only drifting I've done is accidentally, talking of which, I've had a few over the years, accidents that is (not in the last 3--note to insurers).
Ah well enough of the nostalgia, now where did I put that Zimmer ?  :D
