what sort of prices should mid-range tyres cost for the standard size s14a wheels?Any makes offering much better value than another?

When I bought my S14 it had 17" alloys with Fulda Extremo's on the front and Dunlop SP800's on the back. The Dunlops let got all the time so I chucked em on the front and finally got some grip and respectability back (rear end sliding is OK but not at 20mph with a Nova GTE up your arse). When the Dunlops went I replaced them with Fulda's and got a pair of 245/17/45 for £160. Grip is good and is so much quieter. Recommended.

I replaced my Yoko A520's with a set of S02 pole positions at £117 at a local garage, Kwik fit wanted £170 a pop!

Replaced my S02's with Toyo T1-S and am impressed. Paid ~£85 a corner (same place had S02's for £110).
