Top, yes after more research and listening to you lot I am binnig the original intercooler and going for a F**kin large one (top secrate at the mo) but it only cost me £20 out the loot and theres plent of um about. Clue:-looks like a Saab one but a lot better and from different make. Make mi fiat one look like a tissue box!! I will let yuz all know the outcome...cant wait...all that air for the original IC can go strieght to the air box..lovley!!!

It might be worth approachin ND about buying their fitting kit for the HKS intercooler. The diameters on the intercooler may not be exactly the same but there ways around that. Also, the fitting brackets might require some surgery... Just an idea http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/wink.gif

I bet you get more than just the benefit of 3psi. The ND website says that the std. intercooler causes pressure losses when running over 10psi at higher revs. So you might have been able to get 15psi at lower revs but not more than 10 above about 4500rpm.
