im gonna sound a bit thick now, but how different is to change rear disk pads to front, ive olny ever done it twice on my corsa's fronts and was wondering if there was any difference with them being rears?

Its a bit of a pain as the handbrake cable is attached.

Unbolt the cable bracket from the calliper, undo scuring nut and unhook cable.
Loosen top bolt, remove bottom bolt from caliper and swing it upwards.
Remove old pads.
Wind back piston with some long nose pliers.
Fit new pads.:)

Give us a ring and I'll talk you through it. Make sure the rubber dust boot is not stuck to the piston before you start to turn it or it will rip, or pull out of the other end. If they are seized, they will have to come out to be cleaned. Good luck as the rear pistons can be a :furious: if they have been neglected.:wave:

Yeah, I had a trip to Pauls last week..... i only took a small diversion :S
