Weird clutch slip

Hello chaps, my clutch is slipping, but only in 4th gear. I can floor it in 1st, 2nd and 3rd..no slip, but moderate acceleration in 4th and it slips from about 3000rpm.
Can anybody explain WTF is going on?

Yeh

The weight and wind resistance of the car offer more reaction against the engine's power in 4th gear. You will soon get it in 3rd too. The clutch can currently cope with the lower gears as it's able to cope with accelerating the car in lower gears

Check you have freeplay at the clutch fork and if so, you need a new clutch and / or have a leaky gearbox seal like I did!

Don't worry, it's a piece of pee to renew and I got a pattern Japanese clutch in the trade for £80. Plate, Cover and Bearing

I'd recommend a pattern part but make certain it's Japanese as the Brits make heavy dead feeling pattern clutches
