Tyre pressures

I have just bought an S14 97/R. Would someone please tell me the correct tyre pressures? The tyres are standard 205/55/16. The placard that should be on the door pillar isn't.

Normal load 2.2bar front and rear

Fully laden 2.5 bar front/3.0 bar rear

FYI
2.2 bar = 31.9 PSI
2.5 bar = 36.3 PSI
3.0 bar = 43.5 PSI
