Huddersfield People... can you help?

If you live/work in Huddersfield, or know the area I hope you can help.

Seen a house for sale that looks ideal, but know little of the area:

Oak Road,
Bradley
Huddersfield

I work trains through this area, that sewage works does niff a bit when you pass it, I know the area as Heaton lodge, the railway passes right by it though, as you can see on the map.Depends how close your going to be by it, on another point, there's a saab scrapper on the other side of the railway, could be handy if your looking for an intercooler.

Looks like the number of 200 owners around here is increasing rapidly :D That'd be 9 owners within 10 miles of me :D

Hummm not the nicest of areas. Quite close to some dodgy council eastes too. Marty should know what its like from where he is in Halifax :p

I live directly other other side of huddersfield about 4 miles out.

I hope its cheap...

Bradley is scum area. The estates down there are very bad.
Loads of drugs and other bad stuff. Its in an area of other bad estates (bradley, deaton) And all the scum from Birkby, fartown etc etc also hang around in Bradley.

If you want to move to Huddersfield find a house in Fixby or Lindley. Fixby is a nice area but its expensive and full of 'posh' people. Lindley is very nice, not too expensive. My girlfriend lives there and its a pleasant place.

I went to college in Huddersfield also grew up near there so I know it quite well. Spent alot of my youth there
