Hi,
Well, the old release bearing noise has been going on for months now, only a matter of time before the rest of the clutch packed in, and sure enough it's begining to slip now.
Anyone got any advice/ideas on this one ?
Seems like nissan will fit one for £250 or there-abouts. I've read the std. clutch is good, seems like mine has done a pretty impressive mileage.
Anyone fitted a different clutch ?

Dunno how similar it is to the S13's, but mine took about 4 hours for me to do, and that was only using drive up ramps. Nissan are WAYYYYYY over priced, Im sure a local garage could do it better than that, after all RWD is fairly easy to drop the "box" off.

Hmm, yeah, ND do the standard clutch for £164 inc VAT, but want a total of £330 including the fitting, which is the same as nissan by the time I cost in the petrol to drive there ! well... except I'll be using about 50bhp down the motorway at 50mph with smoke pouring out of my bell housing !!!
