I have just got back, very cold, wet and sore from an expedition.

As you know, my garage was broken into at some point, leaving my CB200 open to the evil scum that live around here.

A friend lives nearby and she's got a dry leanto thing that she said I may borrow temporarily.

So I drive to hers, park the car and walk to the garage. Up and down hill.

When I say nearby, by road it is 1.8 miles. By pavement a little more.

So there was I, in the peeing rain, pushing a reluctant 200 with a slightly squidgy front tyre and slightly sticky brakes. 1.8 miles. On pavement, often uphill.

137kgs these things apparently. Lisa reckons that is at least as heavy as her exhubby's Ducati...

1.8 miles. Squidgy tyre. Sticky brakes. Up hill. Through muddy fields. In near smooth soled DMs.

Does this make me a "biker"? Or jsut not firing on all cylinders????

heh heh heh
I must be mad.

You forgot to add the fact that you were on your mobile at the same time. ;)

Agreed - you can't be a biker unless you push the ruddy thing at least 4 miles.....

TZR250 Reverse Cylinder, 187Kgs, 5 Miles!

Also, you're not a true biker until you've done the old - 3 miles down the road and the thing mysteriously cuts out...... 20 minutes of swearing and sweating thinking its broken down, followed by the realisation that you've left the fuel tap switched off! :smash:

LOL That happened to me on my old ZZR600 when I bought it. I had gone off for a blast safe in the knowledge that it has flashing fuel lights to warn me when the tank is getting low (no reserve:eek: ) Only for me to run out of fuel cause the previous owner had disconnected them cause they were annoying aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh:annoyed: :annoyed: :annoyed:

Or when (like a dickhead) you confuse 'On' (up) with 'Reserve' (down) after riding different bikes and run completely out of fuel.
