Anyone know what is required to convert to GTiR injectors and throttle bodies? As mentioned in General Questions, and also on an Aussie web site I found, these contribute significantly to the extra powrer that the GTiR motor has.

Would you need a new chip etc., how difficult to do this swap??

I know this is running in the general thingie as well... but....

Quad throttle body, does this mean there's a separate throttle plate per port ?

An extra 40bhp over a standard 200sx (assuming they haven't just upped the red line by 500rpm which would more than add 40bhp http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/smile.gif ) - ain't bad is it ?
Must be well worth nicking the inlet manfold. Does it run higher boost ? If so is the compression ratio the same ? Do they all run on normal unleaded ?

I would imagine that you would need the ecu if all the engine management sensors are the same (crank angle, AFM etc etc)then just bolt 'em on and get the ecu custom mapped.

Trust me I know nothing apart from red cars are too common http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif

- what if you kept the standard fuel injectors though ? The only sensor would be the throttle position.. might be you could get away with keeping the standard ECU ? In which case the standard AFM, crank angle etc. would stay as they are.
Sounds a lot less hassle, but then may not be the best way of doing it. I reckon I'd be tempted to try though.

Standard 200sx injectors wont fit the GTiR fuel rail.
