My friends clio makes a thrumning noise when you turn right at anything above 40 mph, theres also a slight amount of vibration through the steering wheel.
Anybody have an idea as to the problem?

Do what I did with my Renault

Drive between two cars (with only space for half a car)
then headfirst into a Golf

Problem solved, buy a *****

wheel bearings or steering rack would be my guess, possibly a ball joint or summit.
