What kind of VVT does the S14 have?
I've looked at the manual, and it doesn't give too much detail. I see that a solenoid opens at a set engine speed, allowing pressurised oil to do something. From looking at the exploded diagrams, I assume it rotates the inlet cam on its sprocket or something, advancing the timing for higher revs.
Anyone know?
