Lizards

Anyone know anything about lizards ? My wife found one behind the washing machine yesterday & I want to know if it's a true Brit or Johnny Foreigner.

send a pic I'll tell ya, there's no English Lizards grow more than about 15 cm though so if its bigger it aint, where abouts in the country are you?

heh, just seen your location, if it's a native it'll be a sort of brownie colour as well and thin with quite a long tail

Sounds about right - light brown, about 6cm long, 2 darker stripes down it's back.

yup, that'll be a native then I would think, common or garden lizard, you got any piles of stones in your garden cos there'll be a load of them hiding in it
