Hi Guys,

Anybody know what the standard tyre is for the S14a 16 inch rim?

I seem to have a mix of Avons on mine. Just been quoted £70 a tyre for Avon ZZ1 205/55/16s. Any good?

TIA

OE standard tyre is a Yokohama which is a custom spec one for the 200SX I believe.

I thought the early S14's had Yoko A591's on them and later ones had Bridgestone tyres on them.

I swear by the Bridgestone S02 Potenza Pole Poisitions.

I've had Avon zzr1's (whatever!) on the back of mine..........CRAP!

GET SOME P6000 - SHOULD BE A SIMILAR PRICE!

I've got P6000s on mine. Pretty good, they squeel in the dry as the back end comes out. I like a bit of audible feedback http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/smile.gif
Someone told me they've stopped making P6000 now.. is this right ?

Mine had P6000's on it when I got it. They last well but are not that grippy and are noisy. The next set were Bridgestone S02 PPP's which are very good. Loads of grip wet and dry and much quieter. On the advice of a mate who has an M3 I've just put four Toyo T1-S's on, now these have only been on for a week or so but I'm very impressed with them. Excellent grip wet and dry, dead quiet and £30 each cheaper than the S02's http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif
