Just got back from the meet.

Tons of scoobies, evo's, and GtiR's, and some lovely rx-7's.

There were a few S13's that don't seem to be from here, plus met "monkey boy" (I think) in his S14a.

There was also a maroon S14 with no spoiler and tinted glass and lenses. Who's was that?

There was an interesting Integra Type R with a turbo kit and external wastegate. Looked nice, but sounded:wack: when it drove off. Plus, all that power through the front wheels?

Tim - you arrived, drove straight past shadowninja and myself and drove out again!

Nice to meet you Dan . The baby godzilla(I think it was)/boombox(well, stuck on annoying comedy cd)/barbeque(Sadly I didn't bring any sausages) was good for keeping one's hands warm, for that matter. Quite the hearth of the car park :D I completely forgot my tartan rug and slippers at home.

Plenty of nice talkative owners willing to explain their cars and show off their crevices. I had always wondered what was going on with the MR2's front.

Having spent more time in shadowninja's old 200SX I can now tell you that I am quite in love. I just spent 20 minutes of quality time in my private (empty) LU car park which had just had a solid tinkle from my very own "Cumulonimbus" sprinkler system. Such fun.:smitten:

Hello John!

Saw you when I was leaving too, think you had just been for a bit of a run.

A Trull - Sounds like you're enjoying shadow's old car, be careful when it rains!
That silver almera got quite a lot of attention - but I prefer real flames compared to that excessive flamer kit that he had fitted!

yep when you have silent flames it is a tad shite. ie just what impresses lax bowellers.

The guy in the Almera was an aboslute tit...

I think he thought he was the man becuase everyone was looking at him, when really they were thinking "pr!ck"

Flamer kit was shite
Boot install with those shitty pillars was shite
Warning on back saying "Caution, Too Bad" was shite.
Its an Almera scrabbly shite wagon
Engine was ****ing cack, fair enuff was an SR20 but it was so max power it wasnt even funny..

And the bloke himself was a gimp.

I couldn't tell what the car was anymore. All those lighted speaker pillars had me messmerized. :D SR20 in a scrabbler hatch.. what a waste. When the owner could have gotten a pulsar and then have retained some sporting credibility :).

Re: The Flamer - He did keep the car park warm. (always a good thing on a cold afternoon) - He payed in fuel, we payed him in attention with giggles, sniggers and such.

There's always one, just thank feck it wasn't any one of us.

The Almera is a perfectly acceptable car (four wheels, goes forward and backward, has space for your bogrolls) but it's aimed at single mums or something, not sports car enthusiasts. :P I could think of a cruel, over-exagerated analogy for modding up an Almera but I don't believe one is required.. It speaks for itself so much more clearly.

Sorry I missed you doug, I'd have chatted to you but I didn't recall seeing anyone who looked like the owner idling near your car.
