That SickoSaxo lives around Dunfermline and used to do deliveries for the local indian take away, just down the road from my house.

I think it's getting worse though!!!! I saw a car the other night with the sidelights as red bulbs (kina slated up at either edge style) so it looked like red glowing eyes. He also had blue washer jets (Fcuking twat). Highly Illeagal and I'm sure if he keeps driving about with just the red bulbs (quite dim too) he will get pulled very quickly, or hit by someone who didn't see him as he was driving with only the red side lights at night.
