hi guys
the head gaskets gone on my 200sx do you know if i can take it of with both manifolds still on as this would make the job a lot easier also where can i get an engine manual or at least the tightening torques and sequence.thanks for your help

Hi ..yes you can lift as a job lot but I found it easier to remove the inlet side. It also helps to remove the bonnet to give greater ease of access. BTW it is heavy so have a good mate to help lift.

Heh that's funny, because my girlfiend just sa... oh hang on. There's no-one here. Must have been the woman off BBC News 24. Very theraputic that channel at night. Until they started talking about civil wars, then I was once again disturbed.

Umm. I'm really going to have to find out what meets are happening this month. Let's see if I can find the threads.

thanks for the help paul im going to take it of nnext week and see whats left.160,000 on the clock now so i think its time for valve stem seals and regrind the valves ready for a t28 thanks again
