I need a camcorder so I can film exhaust and record the noises etc. I need something cheapish (sub 500 quid) that is reliatvely easy to use and that I can use as a digi camera.

Anyone any rcommendations?

Looks a decent site, been thinking about it myself. Tend to always go Sony, this un got top reviews when it came out and has dropped £300+ since it was brought out...
