View Full Version : General Public ID Cards
What do you think? Good or bad idea in general?
Good idea in general as long as the information kept on it was basic IE name, address, DOB etc.
Good idea....
If u done nothing wrong, u have nothing to hide, right?

can see the point of them but there are that many forms of id seems like a bit of a waste of time. i do think they should make it law that everyone carries some key form of ID tho.
like ken said only the bare necessities should be kept on em.

Agreed, good idea as long as it has the basics on it, and maybe any special medical conditions you have might be a good idea.
However last time i heard they where up for putting alot more stupid stuff on it that just wasnt needed.

I absolutely disagree. making it an offence to forget to pick up or lose your wallet (containing your ID) would be disgraceful.
Reckon we should have them as long as they can't track where we walk with them ;)
Not that I've anything to hide it's just ... fcuk that!

would teach you to be more careful with it wouldnt it :p:D
didnt really think about that to be honest. maybe branding is better.
i'll get my coat
they should just chip us all at birth if they want an ID system.

It's a bit late for that though  :D
Although I agree with stoofer. Someone nicks your wallet, you report it at a police station and they arrest you and sling you in a cell cos you don't have an ID card
