Empty temporary internet files, including cookies manually from windows explorer. Been looking at things you shouldn't???

Anything in your favourites will still show up though.

Go to your start menu, select settings then taskbar startmenu then click advanced then click remove records :)

Well, I did all of it, but I think the bit you suggested was teh clincher - its the only thing I don't do regularly :)
