OK< so I've got my 17inch beast and was wondering how you lot have got similar sized monitors.
Currently, I've got it flat on a CD box, so my eyes are just abouve centre/middle.
However, I've got a shed load of rake adjustment, so I was wondering about having it standing on its own base and raked to about 40degrees, so I'm looking more down on it....

What think you?

I think the best position is so your eyes are about level with the top of the screen.

Yep. That's what the "experts" recommend. BTW I've got a 19" monitor. (Did think of writing "I've got a 19" one - but then someone would take the p*ss, it's only *&%) :D

I've got a 19" one too, I got fed up of having such a small 14" one so got a bigger one. 21" would have been an option but it'd be a struggle to fit it in.

:confused::rolleyes::(:D:cry::wack:

I struggle to find enough space on my desk for my 21 incher. No chance of me getting it down to eye level either.
