IF ANYTHING REALLY TICKS ME OFF ITS TAKING THE TIME TO SORT OUT COUNCIL-EXEMPT FORMS, ****ING GOING DOWN TO THE DOSSER OFFICE, HANDING IT IN AND HAVING THEM ****ING LOSE IT:mad: :mad: :mad:

then, upon having them bill our old landlord for 400 quid so we get grief, i go back, they say its their fault but they never received it and so put it on hold, and YET THEY STILL ARE ****ING BILLING HIM!:mad: ****ERS!

and now i have to go through it all again, ****ing retards..........


and a ****ing gas company when you give them a reading decides to deny all knowledge of you ever requesting a bill and threatens blacklisting you:mad: oh FFS if i could see some of these cowboy phone warriors face to face i'd make sure they had nightmares for years:mad:

goddam, sorry for the vent of anger but anyone else gget sick of having to make all the effort to sort out other idiots problems? phone and gas company, council etc?

Hehe similiar experience with my loan company. They lost the bloody declaration i sent in ! Which was great as it had all my details on etc.

They then found 'part of it' and made some other sh@t up !

This took about 5 phone calls to sort while at work including the extreme bollocking the manager got as well :D

Bloody amatuers.....ooo and i forgot they even said i rang at a time and date and spoke to them about my loan when i didn't even ring !! which got me worried (perhaps a security insue here !)

I havent had hot water in m apartment for two months, my landlord is never home so I cant get ahold of him. This winter is going to suck!

check your contract to see what the terms are....

double check this with someone in the legal know, but i'm sure you can get someone out to do it and bill him......

i'm sure if you didn't pay this months rent he'd soon be in contact.....

the best people to ask is the citzens advice bearu (?).....
they give you free legal advice, but you usually have to make an appointment.........

just like you have rules to adbid by, there are certain rules for the landlords too......

My rent comes out of my check before I see it, so I cant stop the payment. I have called the housing manager and all they tell me is "we will see if we can contact him". I am going to call them tomorrow and tell them I am moving out!
