Can you gets get the GTX2867R with appropriate housing and actuator for 200sx application? If yes. what cost does it come in at?

Its possible. I can get a T31 housing (T3 with 2.5" 4 bolt), make an adapter from the 4 bolt 2.5" to 3" V-band.
