Where can i get some black mesh from for my grill and front bumper. I think halfrauds sell it in their novaboy section but i dont want to pay £20 for £2 worth of mesh, so is there anywhere else i could get it (couldnt see any at B&Q)

B&Q do stock it though Mark, not sure if you will get black though, this for your grill?

B&Q Superstores (the really big warehouse ones) sell it for much less than Demon Tweeks etc do. Needs to be one of the big ones though.

I had to go to Bournemouth to find a big enough store. I think it was in some sort of 'interior decorations' type section. Like, where the wallpaper might be??

I got a big sheet of diamond mesh years ago that I never got round to fitting...until this weekend...on the S14. http://www.click-smilie.de/sammlung/grinser/grinning-smiley-018.gif

I was advised by my bodyfitter NOT to get the ally mesh. Apparently after a few weeks/months it will chip (if its painted) and start to corrode - basically it will look pants!
Go for the stainless variety - painted or not, it will still look good for years  It is however a bit expensive - the mesh on my bumper cost £50!

Well I had a go at a meshed grill yesterday and couldn't get it to look anything other than fcuking shite! :(

So I've given up :)

How come mate? The best way to fit it is to stick a few P40 blobs on the inside and self tap the mesh into that. :D

did you cut any of the grill out Dave. I am just spraying mine, have put so many fooking hours into it, it better look good when i have finished or i will be well pissed.

Got a sheet of Metal Lath (plasterers mesh) from B&Q £4.78 for a 2500 x 700 sheet  Its galvanised as well :D

i just used some of that B&Q mesh and painted it black, looks top notch in my view.........

i also removed the brick this weekend, and now have a lovely square plate at the front which improves the looks no-end
