Right lads and lasses, the time is nigh. The next Bristol meet will take place on Saturday week. 9th. August 2003. Longwell Green or if anyone has a suggestion for somewhere else, speak up. (I would suggest though that Longwell is ideal, especially if the weather is inclement).

I should be able to make it.
Turbo fitted :)
Engine replaced :)
Brakes fooked
If anyone knows of ANY!! ZX discs drilled to S13 stud pattern in ANY condition let me know please!!!
I have to send my newly fitted Zed discs back to 3G asap to check the run-out, but i need the car to stay mobile.
They would only need to be on the car a fortnight, and i can return or buy them.
Did i emphasize the "Any condition" bit?:D
Having a slight change of plan and there's a possbility I might turn up to this meet after all :D
Anyone got any recommendations for nice-ish cheapish hotels in the town centre and decent restaurants? (English/French/Continental stylee prolly best :) )
There's an excellent cordon bleu McDs very nearby which will even serve your meal to you in the luxury of your limosine! :p
Heh, I was actually being serious! :D
Might be stopping in Bristol on Fri night, hence the need for a hotel and nice restaurant :) Any suggestions??
Jeff might know as he's Bristol.
Will wait and see if he replies to this thread :D I'll be off surfing and hopefully booking somehting up tomorrow or day after in any case :)
Stay in Bath instead, there's loads of nice hotels in Bath and it's just as close to Longwell as Bristol is, but without the traffic :D

Have just had a quick search at work, and found this (http://www.theaa.com/hotels/93924.html)
( hope the :censored: link works )
it's at Emmersons Green which is about 3 or 4 roundabouts along the ringroad from Longwell
hows zat?
If the map on the site is no good just say and i'll take a quick jaunt over there to give you some decent directions, i only live about 10 minutes away, also there is a Sainburys very near there that sells super unleaded ect, ect. So you'll be able to feed the ***** aswell :D
On a slightly different note, is anybody who's going this weekend a dab hand with touch-up paint? as after my little jaunt down to Exeter last weekend I've gained the mother of all paint chips! :furious:
I've got the proper nissan touchup paint just don't trust meself not to bugger it up up my own:wack: :wack:
We can all help you bugger it up together! :D

Just dont expect me to get my hands dirty:D
I think as FullMetalGasket has the least distance to travel, its probably better for him to bring the jack. Thanks to both of you!
BTW, you want to meet up, Dave?

Been away for the last three days (Gateshead) so have just seen the request fior the trolley jack. I'll bring mine just in case. :D
Could one of you good peeps bring their timing equipment? Need to check my ignition timing. Pretty please.
Tracy, don't know whether you will get into the Emerson Green TI. They tend to be booked for weeks ahead.
Doesn't look like I'm going to make it now
Problems with car (http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=51958)
Will be bunging it into Nissan tomorrow, but I ain't booking into an hotel if I don't have any guarantee that I'll actually be able to make it there :( Tis a shame, 'cos it's my birthday on Friday and I'd promised myself a night away from home and a nice meal out somewhere
Never mind, will deffo deffo be there in September :)

Not sure that'll matter on the ring road Barry, they're only after yer money after all. :furious:
There were some rozzers hiding off a minor road just outside the village i work in at 5:30 today. It's normally a very good road for a thrash aswell, so i wonder why they were there??? :censored:
