Thought I would start a quick thread about my Prelude :)

Bought of Paulpen earlier this year. I saw the car as a cheap track toy.

Had a fueling issue when I collected it, (Paulpen alerted me to the running issue). Anyhow it turned out to be a rusty fuel tank, it was blocking the sock on the fuel pump.

Anyhow 2 hours cleaning the fuel tank and the car was back to perfect working order.

I then proceeded to rip out the interior, I managed to remove 56kg which isn't too bad.

This is how it looked at Japfest:-

I then bought some wheels from John Wan, so got around to fitting them today:-

Anyhow, so impressed with the car, how it handles etc. The best bang for buck ever

Next on the list:-

Brakes, Brakes and more Brakes
Bucket Seats and harnesses
Service
EVO 3 Manifold and Turbo
Mitsubishi Eclipse injectors
Greddy Emanage

loved our old prelude - only got rid because the puppy out grew the back seat (at 15 weeks old)

it doesn't have 4ws :)

I'm hoping the turbo will be ok, but I may keep it N/A as it's such a hoot :D

What's the engine? A couple of mates have a 1990 Accord track car with a 2.2 VTEC out of an import Prelude fitted - it goes well

F22B :) non v-tec

only 160bhp but a compression ratio of 9:1 which screams turbo :)
