.....................I was admitted to Hospital on Sunday night when I got home after wifey insisted she call a docter - suppose I should have listened to her :nod:

nothing too serious in the end just a bleeding ulcer (I never knew I had an ulcer never mind a bleeding one).

Be out the hospital tomorrow.

Thanks everyone - I was kicked out tonight and now back at home feeling pretty much ok.

Bleeding has stopped so they say on the camera thingy, they've stopped my daily asprin and now have to take a couple of 'antacidy kind of things' every day. Back in 6-8 weeks for another camera job down the throat.

I opted for the 'forget' sedation - trouble is I remember the 'pulling out' bit, but at least I don't remember the swallow bit. ooo er missus

IIRK drink is usually what causes the ulcer!

My brother had one, he had to stay off the beer for 2-3 months!

Not in my case cos I don't drink from one week to the next, and the symptoms were there before the weekend and didn't drink anything to speak of while I was there.

Its probably the daily asprin I have been taking for 10 years.
