never use prestige insurance company to insure your private motor vehicle.
my experience with them is one of slovenliness, idleness, and due to vaious small prints, after insuring my s13 with them for just less than 7 months, before i sold the car and cancelled the policy (£500 for the year) after they have taken various costs and admin charges off the returnable premium, guess what,
i am entitled to no refund, funny how all those charges add up to exaclty what they owed me.

just hope tescos are a better company as thats who i have me 3000gt with
This has happened to me before with a company, I changed from group 16 to 3 and guess what - No refund! WTF!!!
Imagine it was the other way around, "i'd like to change from group 3 to 16"......... "No problem, there's no charge on that"

I spoke to tesco the other day, and they only charge you one months money to cancel with them.
unfortunately, all insurance companies are scum sucking a$$ ferretsin my experience.
I'm happy with my broker tho - insureyourmotor.com they are excellent
My insurance co are sh*te...
I pay them sh*tloads each year, then when I have an accident that is not my fault they get arsey over repairing damaged mods!!!
FFS, the third party admitted full liability! And they're refusing to repair stuff which is blatantly damaged, and as such I've just had to comission an independent assessor... Their assessor (loss adjuster) refuses to debate, and is so ignorant it makes me want to slap him
Once this is over I'll warn you all - I'll name the cu*ts... Although anyone insured through Adrian Flux is probably with them already

I couldn't possibly comment before I know the outcome of my claim....
Gladiator actually gave me a bit of a re-fund when I cancelled with them , I'm on Tesco now as well and find them generally OK although they did try and feed me some bollocks about them only being legally able to take 40% of the full amount on a card.
