Fun little game (blatent ploy to gain asistance in fitting front mount :D)

Right am planning to get one at the weekend, money/bren/availability allowing.........and had a thought.

How about peeps fitting it at billing - show off our modding/mechanical skills to the rest of the jap motoring world :D

One question, is it possible to fit a bren intercooler literally "in the field, or is cutting equipment required to do it, i know it bypasses the battery, which is all good, but what about the rest of it?

anythoughts voulenteers - like i said i may not get paid in time and bren may not have the kit in stock......but i can dream.....

You do need cutting equipment to cut the hole through
the inner wing, so that the pipes can come up to the
plenum

What size are the holes? I can always bring my portable drill and might have a suitable hole cutter, or, if not can anyone bring a hole cutter suitable?

Think you need about an 80 - 85mm hole cutter.

From past experience though, cordless drills dont really have enough power to cut through due to the size of the hole :(

I'll bring it anyway, together with a 92mm cutter. Just in case. :D :D
