OK, have found a suitable place to meet up for the journey to Billing. There is a large lay-by 2.75 miles after the roundabout on the A40 where the Fosseway (A429- Northleach to Stow-on-the-Wold) crosses the A40. It is immediately after the turning to Clapton-on-the-Hill. If you guys can find it I'll meet you there around 10:30 am Friday.

OK Lads, directions from the roundabout where the A40 meets the B4065 (Cheltenham Road) on the East of Gloucester. Take the 3rd exit towards Cirencester then follow the following directions.This avoids actually going through Cheltenham.
