evc 5 set up help needed

need some pointers on how to set up a evc 5 .i have got uk instructions but when i follow them an set the controler up the car will allways over boost to 1.2 bar+ and no matter how i adjust the settings i can not make it stay at the level i want, 1 bar max and0.85 min .dose any one no wat the general setings r for this ???

ok, you read the instructions I posted before and have got it fitted ok but you need to set it up?
first set the warning to something sensible (mine is set to 115 which is about 16psi)
then set the twiddly knob for A to be almost right round to the left but not quite (set it to about 5) then reset the peak hold figure.
Now go for a run right through the rev range. It should be running a little over actuator pressure. Check the peak hold afterwards.
On mine the peak hold peaks at about 50 at actuator pressure.
Now you need to set it to what you actually want, but you need to bear in mind what you are setting is not the figure you want it to be, but what you want it to be minus the figure from the actuator pressure.
Mine is set to 60 which peaks at 110 and gives about 14psi.

Does this make sense?
