Theyre utter w*nkers!!!
Things like "er, its 5:30, Im not really in a postion to go measure each adapter" ARENT words of good customer service.
And then on a complaint to customer services I get "well, it isnt really the best time of the day to request a part number"
ER, WHAT?!?! Im a fecking CUSTOMER not a frigging tramp on the streets asking for freebies, IM GIVING YOU MONEY!
"Right, well that will be 2 to 3 weeks delivery" ME - "Er, ok well I'll send a PO so you can send it to me friday" them - "yeah, I suppose" ME-"well can I have a reference or catalogue number??" THEM - After huffing and puffing and looking through a catalogue (ie. NO measuring of anything)"yeah its *****, and will be 7 days delivery but im not ordering anything until I get your money"
Idiots.
So, I browse my car mags, and ring someone else. They dont have it in, but theyre going to ring round, get me the part and then call me at 8:30 tommorrow, appologising he didnt have them to hand.
I will be buying from the latter guys again, and avoiding at all costs DEMON 'NO CUSTOMER SERVICE' TWEEKS
