Where does paint cost hardly anything? Every time I've had a quote for a respray, it's been more than the car is worth :wack:

I love rat look when it's done right. But this car isn't rat look. It's shitty but I quite like it.

Personally, I'd consider Fast & Furious style bodykits or Pimp My Ride style neons and spinners to be amongst the worst styles ever fallen upon the car modifying scene, but each to their own :D

Yeah I hated my derv 306. Slow lethargic revving engine that had a very small powerband. Heavy to drive for a relatively small hatch. Leak like a sieve and hard to work on.

Also, I see where your coming from, my last daily was a real piece of shit, I never cared about where I parked it, I never ever locked it in fact lol. My mate (chopaholic on here) has a similar daily, we crash into each other for the fun of it. I drove through fields for a laugh. I can honestly say it's the most fun car I ever had. I had it for 8 months and washed it once. Zero maintenance.

My new daily is heading down this route as well while I build my mx5. Although I never did any mods like you have, I just drove around with it all dented lol. Perhaps I just didnt want to turn heads like you do

in the unlikely situation I'd be looking at buying a french deisel FWD car made of cheese and snot from the factory, I'd gladly buy that for £1k over the stock POS for £500 :)

Lets remember its only cosmetically changed, Im sure he hasnt poured iron filings in the gearbox or cut an iron cross into the sump to be in keeping with the exterior.

Theres a rat beetle where I live with all sorts of random chains and ropes hanging off it. Its done near enough in the same style as this ratty 306 but is generally considered to be cool just because its an old dub:confused:

The only thing I'm not too keen on with this is the random bits of tape around the rear lights, other than that I likey :thumbs:
