Sleep - How much do you get?

I get 6-8 hours per night and still feel crap.

Then the weekend comes and I get 8-10 hours and feel just as bad. Is there any happy medium?

Maybe a Poll is needed here (I can't create Polls)

4 or 5 hours is all I ever need. On the rare occasions I sleep longer I always get a migraine :(

Ditto - less than four or more than 6 and I feel rough.

But you're still in idle student mode :D

That'll soon wear off when you step into the grown-ups world :wack:

So nip down Boots, use their one hour processing. Have them scan it onto CD and then post it up :D

See, every problem has a solution

depends, usually about 8 or so, depending on what i have to do, which is a bugger coz i'm not going to bed before about 2am at the moment... coz i'm stupid.

Plus atm I've got massive sleep debt coz i'm a muppet... so 10 hours some times???

I need to go to bed at normal times...

Can't understand all these folk that need loads of sleep. You'll get plenty of rest when you're dead so why waste life by being asleep.

I seem to go through cycles, sometimes I'll be fine on 5 hours a night, but at the moment I'm really struggling on 8 hours, hmmm.

Some days I'll come home from work, and just lay down with the intention of "an hours nap", then wake up at 7am the next morning.

Other days I'll have a lie down at six, and be up at seven for work.

No control over it, just sometimes I'm tired, and sometimes I'm not. I don't need a clock to tell me when I need to sleep :)

Manage on about 5-6 hours during the week and then chuck a HUGE 14 hour sleep marathon on Sundays (it IS supposed to be a day of rest:rolleyes: )

Alg;) (trying to stay awake as I type!)

A 1 hour nap is perfect.

6-8.5 hours does me pretty well

10 hours on the weekend is normal

I have had about 6 hours in the last 3 days though.
