Hi there - just registered and thought I might tell you about a real nasty I just solved...at last! Its been driving me NUTS. The left front hedlamp fuse kept blowing for no apparent reason - but intermittantly. Searched all over - no luck. Took it to the local dealer - who charged me a couple of hundred quid to look and tell he couldn't find it either! Now I am just taking the engine out for a rebuild - I finally found it - the main harness was chafing on the the charcole can mounting bracket. It rubbed the paint off, the bracket rusted - and then chewed through the protection. Anyone else had this?
